We only accept refunds for in-store credit, and only for defective products, within 14 days of purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 14 days to initiate the refund process.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. We may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to process the refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. If you decide that you no longer want a product, we encourage you to consider donating it to a local charity or selling it to someone who may find it useful.
